Steamy windows part 2

I have managed to work out that the windows only steam up after it rains for a day or so when I have the fan on. After two days and in dry weather there is no problem. And if i have the fan off there is also no problem. Running the AC clears any steamy windows. So I think water is entering the cabin through the fan and I probably don't have a problem with the heater matrix. Any one any ideas how I can stop water from getting in or how to cure the problem? Thanks.

There are the AC drain pipes that have a kind of valve at the end, they usualy get dirty and block the water. Here is what i'm talking about http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/acdrain.htm

Are the drain points clear around the Bulk head, There are two on there as well as the A/C ones. Also do oyu park on a hill or slope with teh car facing up it? If so water could be retained due to the upward slope if try parking the other way round.

Have a gander around and below the two main fuseboxes, that's where the drain holes are, they sometimes get clogged up with leaves and stuff.
