95 Scorpio Cosworth vacum hoses

Can anyone help with picture/drawing on how to connect up vacum hoses/crank ventilation hoses.
Mainly those in the "V" going to inlet manifold. (top of engine stripped to change water hose routed througleft engine block, two VacumT-pieces snapped of during this task and I forgot to take pictures,,,)

Thanks, that's at least a start, but drawings are a bit to much chematic, real photo would be even better. Anyway,I'll see how fare I get.
