they belong under the back of the front seats where the seat bolts are screwd in on the floor they kind of slide in btwn the bolts and there should be a little screw which goes through the middle of the cover

Should be the same as the ones holding the cable path covers (look right inside the door frame, next to the chrome at the bottom. ) Sorry that I'm not that good at explaining

It is actually a plastic cap type thing which has a X head and screws onto a captive thread .
