Wiper Speeds.

Ok, fist time the wipers have been on in a while.
 
Just noticed on the way hom, I only have "fast" speed.
 
If I put the switch in intermittant, I get a fast intermittant wipe.
If I put the switch in slow, I get a fast wipe.
If I put the switch in fast, I get a fast wipe.
 
Any Ideas ?

Hmmm, the switch does not "control" the speed though does it ?
 
I would have thought that happens elsewhere.

Yes but it might not be working, even though its physically moving to the different positions it might be staying on the fast contact

Sounds like the resistors in the motor has given up which is how they control the speed.

The Wiper Motor,  one of the few things on a Scorp that actually looks  easy to  replace. Shocked
