I have just had the short arm dropping out of the ball thingy happen on mine. Are the Granada arms still available from FMC anybody know? And why do wipers always fail on a motorway and never 200 yds from your house? Is this another "dropping your toast butter side down"

Ford main dealer will try to sell you the whole shebang for £95 or so. My "long" linkage fell off last week, and after trying to repair with tie wraps,I decided to get a new one. Essex Ford looked up the part no. which is stamped on the arm. A new one cost me under £8 which should last me for another ten years. Nice
