Hi all , I've got a little leak ( tried a Tener Lady, didn't work ! ) It was coming from behind the Aircon Pump, I removed the pump tying it out of the way removed the bottom hose, thats ok,removed the small elbow hose, thats ok, removed the thermostat housing/unit. Then there's a rubber hose 2"dia disappering in between the block and the back of the waterpump thats the little " !£$%&$£ " thats split, but where the hell does it go, do I remove the water pump to get to it Huh??  Are they still available from Mr Ford ? Ps. I've studied all the cooling / engine pictures on the site but it's not shown.......Kimi.....

Does this page help Kimi:

Look at the 5th picture down, part number 12 I think is what you are looking at? Not dear (replaced mine a couple of years ago), didn't have to take water pump off just inlet manifolds and a/c compressor. Not sure whether it is easy/difficult to get hold of, someone on here had a bit of trouble getting a hose recently and had to be a bit clever with making a repair.

Hope this helps.

Hi Kimi,

I got one from FMD a month or so ago, but you will also need the Inlet tract Gaskets, and the various O rings for the water housing that the hose fits onto, as you have to dismantle it all to get the hose on the stub.  One of the 10mm bolts on the right hand cyl head is a bit of a pig, I bought a small cranked spanner off snap on to get at it. Probably a good Idea to change the stat and the back heater hoses while its all in bits !  I did and all bits were available 4 weeks ago.  Regards Dave.
