has anybody fitted an aftermarket exhaust to a 2.9 12 v estate on a n plate the only place i can get one is ford £500 is to much i need a middle section and back box does anyone know if another model will fit i.e early granada or sierra estate

I popped into a kwik fit to enquire about the exhaust ( mid-section all the way to the tail pipe )for my 24V cossie, and they had it in their book, for £236.00 fitted.

Strange, no one lists an aftermarket system ( Bosal/Timax/Walker )... Bet they quoted on a 12V one although 236 sounds a lot for that..... TT

I'm intending to get a Stainless system fitted to my 2.9 12v when the existing one fails. I'll try and get a quote. Powercraft are just down the road from here, and specialise in them. Bear with me for a day or three.

Yes I'll do that for you. I'll see if they can quote for Scorpio systems in general. Might be of interest. Leave it with me. Working now until Tuesday, but will go down and have a chat with them.

i rang that ces and they only supply new ford parts same price as ford think im going to scrap mine when it finally goes fancy a laguna estate new shape with sat nav if any one needs an engine mine had a new ford one 10k ago £2000 worth 2.9 12v
