Already went there, Problem is that the hose does not show up on any manual on the site. Also looked in eCat today and it isn't listed there. To be more precise, there are 2 hoses leaving the thermostat housing. 1, the biggest one goes to the expansion tank. it is the other, smaller one i need, which goes round the corner and connect to a metal tube which is attached to the block.

Sounds like exactly the same pipe that burst on mine a short while ago. My FMD had about half an hour of head scratching without finding the part anywhere in the system, but finally managed to locate one. I can confirm that it isn't in any manual. My tip is to take the pipe to your FMD and give them a challenge

Well, managed to get hold of a replacement hose. aftter fitting and bleeding the cooling system the engine died on the way home. Turns out the blown gasket has somehow blocked up the internal tubing on the engine. To make a long story short, engine overheated, gasket went, oil went, engine died and with it, sadly, the scorp. I have driven many cars in my life, this was by far the best. It really hurts to see that she is beyond economical repair now.
