Hi all what I would give for no problems!!!!!!!! Took car for a service a month ago prior to which it was running beautifully. After service for various reasons car wasn’t used for about 10 days. When started to use it at first seemed OK but from back end of last week when I switch on in the morning it feels as though it is only running on 2 cylinders!!!! Worse than that though is when put foot on accelerator there is nothing there, the car evens rolls back whilst in drive. On Monday this week car even cut out twice on me and this morning took about 6 attempts to get her started, she fired up and then straight away cut out. After about 20 mins driving it tends to feel better but there is still not the response under the right foot that you except from a 24V. Could it be the air flow meter and or the maf? Sorry for going on. Any help gratefully received.

has a vacuum pipe been disturbed? Or is the EGR sticking? or possibly even the dreaded coil pack? Get some one to scan it and go from there I think.

You make it sound bad Could be lots of things. You have not really given us any clues to what it could be so if you are not engine minded take it to a garage, they will have a quick look at it for free probably just to give them a idea of what might be wrong so they can give you a quote. Then you will know what kind of thing it could be.
