ok so i've had a little off road trip in my diesel scorpio, slid od road over a verge, was a bit bumpy but doesn't look like i've done any damage underneath, maybe the tracking, The problem i have got is similar to a fault thats appeared before, i have no ignition lights or instrument lights, no indicators but hazards work, no electric windows either, have checked all the fuses and there fine, The car still starts and runs but engine is loud and not sure the heater plugs will be working, any thoughts please

It sounds like it could be the multiplug in front of the fusebox by the wiper motor. It is held in place by a metal arm but can appear to be seated correctly when it isn't. Worth a look Paul

deffo as paul says, i had this a week ago when everything worked but the lights, the multiplug on the main fusebox has lugs at the rear as well as fronnt, make sure they're seated properly. i've also just had the same problem with the glow plugs after i 'disturbed' the auxillary fuse when it got wet, i found that just by pressing down on the lid the plug heater worked again and the noisy engine dissappeared...

Had a friend look at the car today, turns out its the auxillary fuse box, the green relay had jumped loose but the problem is that the fuse box has got very wet at some point and has got badly corroded, need a replacement if any one can help??
