Outside temp sensor

On doing a cc re-set and before selecting 50 the display is showing 53.Is this a fault code,if it is then on the fault code table it references the outside temperature sensor.Would this affect my heater output as I have tried just about everything short of changing the matrix.Many thanks,Roy. Huh
