hi folks any suggestions? can only get hot air from the car great during the winter but not alot of good now the warmer stuffs about.

ok have tried a reset, comes up no faults flashes 00 but will not allow me to enter code 50 to reset the cc? any ideas.

hi there this is a known issue. it was on the site, but the page seems have been changed. **found it on the back up site** anyway, i think it still does the reset, though i've not worked on a car with this issue. can you hear it resetting (all the little motors move)? a new facepanel fixes it, if i remember correctly. have a look at the ribbon cable first, though. hth
