I have a Gunson's Gastester and want to check my CO2 . Passed MOT so not to high but would like to get it to its lowest value but how do you adjust it? Also the value for the 2.9 12V is 270 g/km. How dose that translate to % on my other car it is 1.8% and that is what the Gastester displays %

The petrol Scorpios use the engine management to modify the mixture and there is no (that I'm aware of) way of setting it manually. You could try replacing the O2 sensors as these 'slow down' with age and need replacing, but as yours has passed the MOT I'd leave well alone until such time as it fails on emissions. Darren
