Problem with instrument lights

For some unknown reason the instrument lights, including the clock and radio have stopped working. All other lights including the climate control unit are still working. I have checked and changed fuses 23 and 24 but still nothing. I have even taken the instrument panel out including the speedo housing to check the connections but all ok. Any ideas out there.?

David - is your problem the same as what I had last year ?

Thanks daz will try tomorrow. Looks good for me not to remove that instrument panel again. Will let you know.
