Keys locked in boot

My only keys are locked in the boot, and the dead lock is active. My thoughts are a windscreen replacement. Anybody have a cheaper solution!

I think they will cut you one if you can prove ownership of the vehicle. Best wait for Snoopy. He will be much cheaper than Ford. (not him personally of course)...........Sorry Boss!!

As far as I know, Ford can cut a key from the registration....they did with my old Mondeo. Once you have proved that you own the vehicle by producing a form of ID along with the V5, they can get the key code & cut a key from this May cost you a few bob though

Sorry for the delay in updating this issue. I realise it was tricky giving such info. I contacted a Ford dealer, they told me a key could not be cut from the VIN, the car would have to be taken there. However they did give me the number of a locksmith who came and opened it very quickly. Down side it cost me £50. Thanks again.
