had a cat changed a few weeks back and the problem is, now getting a eggy smell inside the cabin ...... through the vents i always thought a cat smell eggy when its shot? or is it because its new and running in? thanks for any replies in advance

hi there that's the sulphur in the petrol. try using a different brand of petrol (might take a couple of tanks). hth

Hi there, there is a product made by Wynns that is supposed to get rid of the eggy smell of a cat (think it's called 'Dry Fuel'). I couldn't say if it works or not, as I've never had any reason to use it, but for a fiver, I think it's worth a gamble ......Update......it's not called 'Dry Fuel'.....I'm pretty sure it's called 'Clean Burn'
