Problems With My Exhaust

Hey all
Ive got a serious problem with the exhaust on my 2.0 16v, just as the cat meets the centre section it keeps breaking away, it was repaired and was fine for 2 days then broke away again, it comes down to a rattle that i had mentioned before, which i beleive is the middle section of the exhaust banging on what looks like a cross beam under the car? is there any reason for this to happen?
I have considered buying a new cat and a new centre section but due to costs it dosent seem worth it, is there anything i can do? anyone had this problem before?
Any advice would be a big help! unless anyone has a cat and a centre section they would sell me?
