Indicaters Permanently On ?

Hi Ideas please I have had to disconnect the battery because the o/s indicaters are being permanantly displayed, (Not Flashing) this is happening irrespective of ignition being on or off. I would be very grateful for your advice. (1997 2.3 Ghia) Regards Kenboy

hi there sounds like the flasher relay under the steering covers or a fusebox issue. hth
