estate rear speakers

hi there the rear speakers on my estate have gone off one very quiet the other dont work at all i have managed to get the grills off but how do i get the speakers themselves out without destroying the carpet moulding any ideas anyone the sound system is ford original cd radio cheers

if you remove rear wheel arch cover 2 screws hold speaker in place.the wheel arch cover is held in place by a screwat the seat retaining bracket and pop body clips on the rest .if you are careful you can doit by removing lower pop clips and easing the cover out of the way
