FRUNT WINDOWS STOPED WORKING

MY FRENDS 25 DIZ SCRPIO HAS CAME ACROSS A PROBLEM WITH THE FRUNT WINDOWS STOPED WORKING,I LOOKED INSIDE THE DRIVERS DOOR RELAY ,,,  NOT ONE THERE  ?ANY IDERS
1997 ON A P 2.5 DIEASL ESTATE ,

does the control unit on drivers door open the other windows apart from the drivers one?
i had this problem was the fuse under the bonnet driver side
