yes yes yes , got my scorpio back today after having water pump sorted ........but ive lost the stereo , it needs a code put in , but aint got a danny what it is, cant ask the bloke i bought the car off (r.i.p big dave)
so can anyone help , how do i find out what the code is??

i aint got any of those little key things!!
ive just found a scrap of paper in the manual
its got 2 sets of numbers on it with code written on it
7421
then underneath
(4941)
how many numbers in the code , could this be it ?
sorry for the million questions but i can drive a car but that is it, big time

4 numbers yes, try them, use the preset buttons at the bottom of the radio to enter it, press button one 4 times for 4, button two 9 times for 9 etc then press button 5

just a thought , but if i took the stereo out, is it possible that there is something that has come out of the back that is preventing me from getting A.M , and could it be put back in
i really miss listening to talksport in my cossie to peterborough on a saturday
