Oil in Spark plugs

Hi all i have just gone to change my spark plugs and there seems to be a lot of oil in the spark plug wells. It is to the top of the spark plug, which is about 90mmm Any sugesstions on what I weed to do now it starts and runs still and goes well. I have my ideas but wondering what any of you think? Looks like you need to replace the rocker cover gaskets

If the sparkplugs are loose you can get a buildup of oil in the plug holes.
