Hi. I will have to change my battery very soon due to various needle problems etc. As I do not have the handbooks, is there a way to read the Radio code or to turn the code off temporarily. My radio is a 2007 model.

Make yourself a lead with a fag lighter plug on one end and two croc clips on the other (observe polarity) then connect the fag lighter to an external 12v source,this keeps your radio live whilst you change the battery.Someone like Highlander could give you the code if you give him the radio serial number.
