Driving back from hospital yesterday the brake pedal felt a bit soft at next set of lights it went right to the floor but after a bit of pumping comes back a small amount got it home using hand brake/pumping pedal, checked fluid, hoses etc no sign of leaks from servo hose or fluid loss, could it be master cylinder seals gone ? Anyone had this before ? or any idea what the problem is.

If there is no fluid loss I'd say it's almost certainly Master Cylinder HTH Dave
