Anti Rollbar Bushes.

Hi all, the old girl passed the MOT this morning. Grin
 
Had a few advisories one of which was the anti roll bar bushes
 
Two things,  
1. Does anyone know the size I need. (Estate 12v 2.9 engine).  
2. Are Poly ones available for it or will I have to get rubber ones again?
