Think the first to check are fuse, relay and heater blower controller, I'm assuming it is climate control and display is normal.

No its not climate control . No display of any sort . Used the car today took ages for car to feel the affects of the hot air coming out , froze my wotsits off for a good half hour . I also noticed that when i put my foot down on the motorway the air seemed to flow through much better and once the car warmed up it was nice and toastie
