That's excellent. They do seem to be pretty much impossible to get hold of now. What make/model is the balljoint from, and what are the measurements to fit one?

So far so good. It has been on since Sunday. I replaced the bolts to longer ones HT10.9 with nylon nuts. Endless searching spec sheets etc, I settled on a TC1505 from Delphi. The angle of the joint is about spot on. I used a grinder to scoop out the hole where the old ball joint sat. This supported the new joint very nicely. I also fitted a polybush the front location , leaving the void bush for bump absorbing. I will get the measurements for drilling. Testing continues!
