After my bus bump (see news0 dreaded calling insurance, just spoke to bus one and what a surprise, they will handle all the claim for me, they will not and never write a car off, if the assessor thinks it to pricy they come to a cash settlement, they feel that having an accident is bad enough without hassle, told them i have 2 doors sourced one evil bay and the other on here, so that will keep cost down, who know maybe the door can be repaired at an acceptable price.
Will update as soon as I know.

well what a pleasant day, asseor looked at damage and said the only way they allow panes to be repaired is new skins and the price was going to be horrendous, so we negotiated and came to a cash settlement that will allow me to buy a good door from the bay and fit it + Iam £70 in profit, all handled very well and proffessionaly
