hi i got my renewal quote recenty it was £350 fully comp.anyway i went onto a well known site and got several quotes for the scorpio 2.3 most were lower than the one i was qouted.around the 250 mark i got back onto my insurance company and explained my problem with theirs and as i had been a loyal customer for 9 years i wasnt happy with there quote well it payed off and now they have requoted me £217.fully comp good result id say what

I did the same when ibought my new scorpio, iggy pop wanted another 200quid which would have put my insurance over a monkey, so I shopped around a bit (and told a few porkies......ssshh) went back to iggy pop and got it reduced by 98 quid on my original insurance. Which just confirms what I've always thought, they just give you a stupid qoute in the hope you just accept. Rule #1. NEVER EVER accept the first qoute. Btw my insurance is 274 full compliance
