Today: black saloon 2.3, ?ultima (294D---) outside "Zimbabwe House", just off Strand, London.
I'd be surprised if he's a member but you never know.
Anyone else ever seen a Scorp with diplomatic plates?

I have never sen one, but on diplomatic plates does that mean you can stick the fingers up to speed cameras and the ols congestion charge..
