A man with a turbin owns the BP garage. In Winlaton Mill. Normaly cars are sold on the forcourt.
Theres a car park oppositt the garage.
In the car park was a Blue scorp Reg number R561.
No other cars were in the car park it was on its own.
This morning 11am aprx.
