Stretch Limo`s - Blackpool

Returning from Blackpool last night and travelling on Progress Way Squires Gate, I counted at least 50/60 stretch limo`s heading into Blackpool, It was quite an impressive display in the dark with all their various lights showing.
Anyone else see them, and was it a rally?
