The weekend of the 8th and 9th September 07... this is another one I will hopefully be attending. Caravans and tents welcome but for the more refined... there is a Hilton hotel very close by!

ho baz,i will be there wat a brill week end ,hope to see ya all,sadley i had to miss last year due to a loss of a dear frend ,we did a local car show in his memory 43 granaders turned out from mk1s mk2 mk3 ,and mk4s ,i have been to billing many times before.also won a trophy ,for my mk3 ,there ,ive got a ultma est had 1 for that too at a local show too,see ya there ...

finally a meet near me......i live in northampton so iwill be there...............billing is great day out,if your not planning on spending the whole day in the cars area there is loads to do.funfair bars resturants and nice walks around there many lakes etc ..see ya there

woah.baz bring both,havnt sat in a corsair since the late 70's great bit of nostalga for me and a great buzz for u considering its state when u got it....look forward to seeing it...youve got about 18 weeks m8 to diagnose..rectify and conclude,lol in other words u aint got long to find parts,panels,prime and paint

Cleave... I have the diagnosis... the blue one is bent!!
I have also found a donor car for all the bits and it is in a barn on the isle of man!! No engine but looks good!
It had an engine fire which is why it has no bonnet. Wings are good and the suspension etc. is OK too! Just got to go and get it!

Update:
Well the plans are progressing nicely for this event. The all important plaques are getting made up and the trophies for the prize winners have been selected (for those of you with nice mint motors, not like my scruffy pair  )
Hope to see lots of you there - it's gonna be a good 'un.

Update:
I spoke to Brenda at Billing this morning - she says to go ahead as planned and they'll just shuffle things around to fit us in.
There are fields that have remained suitable for camping and even putting cars on throughout the wet weather and they'll make some hard standing available too.
I guess it wouldn't hurt if it stopped raining for a little while too. Shelduck 2 was completely destroyed by the landy and rangey boys - guess they had a bit of fun though
