Scorpio Island the Scorpio and Granada Show is back again this year.
Held at Hayling Island Hampshire on Sunday 8th July.
The location is "The Inn On The Beach" http://www.innonthebeach.co.uk/
This is the second year we've had the show, last year we where at the funfair, this year for a change we are about 5mins away from the funfair at the Inn On the Beach.
Its a very informal affair and you can turn up anytime after 10.30 am on the Sunday, there is a roast carvery @ £6 a head on offer over lunchtime and the early birds will get there vehicles up on to the Balcony show area 
Drop me a PM if you would like to attend.
For those who would like to make a whole weekend of it PM me as well and I can advise on places to stay around and about the area, be it camping or hotels.
There will be a gathering on Saturday afternoon/evening which if you are down for the weekend I will supply details at the same time, bring a bottle and have a giggle with the lads and lasses.

Last year was a blazing hot day and we all had a great time so this year it would be great to see you all again.

Can't wait for this - it was a great day last year and this venue looks even better to me 
OBD-II diagnostics will be available (I will break the habit of a lifetime and remember to put the lappy in the car  )
Graham (Graynada) is coming along so he'll have his testing gear with him (and probably a paper-clip or two )

Even if the weather isnt kind to us there is an indoor area that actually over looks the balcony show area
But I have been told that it will be blindingly hot on Sunday

Well I am still desperately hoping to get down there Chris.... missed it last year but with the added bonus of no Lee on the karaoke this year it may just temp me enough!

Weathers on the up so looks like its going to be a nice few days
Got confirmation that we will be able to read not only OBDII codes and stuff for the Scorp but also Star codes from the Mk3 Granada's , Mk2's and Mk1's will still have to do it the old fashioned route though

OFFICIAL: Summer is back
Glorious start to the day down here in, er, sunny Hampshire.
This is going to be a fantastic car show in a superb location - if you're near enough then make the effort tomorrow, you won't regret it

As predicted the sun is out, the skies are blue and its going to be a cracker of a day down here.
See it just goes to show what you can buy on e-bay these days

Well it was a fantastic day and I have admit I think it was a great venue.
Slightly down of numbers from last year which was a shame but I think the weather forcast earlier this week may well have put some off  but it was just fantastic and the sun shone all day, big thanks to Mike for making surprise visit in Erics 24V estate.
Heres a few pics
Great time had by all I hope.
May be see you next time.
