Midlands Meet last Sunday 5th April

Last Sunday was the April Midlands Meet. Caught a lot of us (well all of us) out as it's normally the second Sunday of the month. Apparently due to Easter it was moved forward to this weekend.
LeeA and I and Laura made it to the britannic only to be told by the organisers that due to the change of company ownership and the popularity of the event that the venue could not be used anymore for Health and Safety reasons or some other b8lls.
Any road a few of the bikers decided to hold an impromptu meet at the Rose and Crown in Portway instead. The pub does a good carvery (take note wumps) and sells decent beer. They opened up a side field to be used as well. I think the landlady was pleased.
Took a few pictures which are below and will try and establish if the event is to continue at the pub. Turnout was pretty good considering , including st owners club and a fair few vehicles that normally turn up at the brittanic. To be honest I prefer a pub venue so hope it continues.
We took laura's car in the boot of the falcon, here she is teaching Lee to park properly!!

I'm afraid that's all as we were too busy enjoying the sunshine and a pint and letting Laura loose on the climbing frame!
