Ive just aquired (another) 2.3 Ultima Estate needing a lot of bodywork attention, I'm weighing up whether to break it as the repair costs will be high. Would anybody be interested in engine/rear shocks/leather/load cover etc? If I get enough interest (cash) i'll split it 2.3 manual ultima estate

Load cover definitely, as long as it's black and in good condition/working order. What colour leather is it, what's the condition like? Does it have electric seats?
