Yes I had the 2.5 td for 8 years . The engine started having problems with tappet rods jumping out but the final death was the electrics having a life of their own. Lighs coming on when parked up , & other curcuits going off intermitantly. Local Garages did not want to know. It had 178,000 on a 1996 P.
I am having a clear out of old stuff but too cold to see what is at the back of the shed this weather.
Would love to find another but I think petrol next.
