I just took all the glass out of one that went for bangering,which is perhaps were yours is going eh ? The front suspension is not like the mark 3,they had track control arms located by the anti roll bar.

Not a Mk3 which has had Scorpio front end panels stuck on it, perhaps 
I'm sure I've seen pics of this being done somewhere.

Yes Mike,someone did that,must have been in the early Scorpio days when it would have been worthwhile .
MAGNETONO 59. The limo I dismantled was a 24 valve,different coils.
Maybe the one wes dismantled was a 16 valve.
