Been there and done that. Flattened the garage as the roof was collapsing in two places. Too costly to repair, so knocked it down and bought a big shed. Trouble is, she can go in there as there are no spiders, my secret friends of the now defunct garage. Some good things come to an end I suppose. Nice to hear from you. Are you well? Regards Lee
