Using Scorpio ICE in the home !

Slightly mad question but it's on my mind ... One of the best things about the Scorpio Ultima is\was the fantastic quality of the audio setup Not before or since have I experienced better sound quality in a vehicle With this in mind, I have a bizzare desire to preserve this by setting up something at home using a spare set of Ultima speakers Would this be possible ? I'm mildly technical but my knowledge of audio setups is very basic Could I potentially just connect up the speakers to a home audio system or would I also need a Scorpio head unit ? Thanks for advice on this clearly bonkers idea

Well, yes but bear in mind that the acoustics inside the car would have a big influence in the sound (second and third harmonics and all that) to do with soundwaves. Also the unit that was standard in the ultima etc was matched to all this criteria. R y
