Old TV Adverts

Responding to the 'sounds on dvd's' post just now has reminded me of an old tv advert I found on youtube recently for Cadbury's Smash. Any of you old timers remember the little tin men from space that would laugh hysterically at 'earthlings' who still peel potatoes?
I mentioned this ad to one of my kids in the past and described it just as above and she thought I had gone mad. Understandable really because if you have never seen the ad well...."Cadbury's making instant mash ......tin men etc....what is dad on about?"

We've got some old videos here from the 1980's (well they're old to me  , one of them is for the Montego, the one where it crashes through the dealership window in the dark, all dramatic like. We all laugh now but I can remember pestering dad to buy me a model Montego because of that..
I guess I'm just fast becoming an old git and I know everyone says it...but TV ain't what it used to be and it was getting pretty bad when I was a kid
