Desperate to get the car back on the road, as I need it for work next week. Today I replaced the front pads as required for the MOT, was carefull not to knock any of the sensors etc. She was fine when sat on the drive but when I took her round the block abs light came on. Is now on all the time, whats happened ? I guess it indicating a fault in the system somewhere, but where do I start diags ? Tar, K

Hi Kalvin, Yep, what Paul said. Also see this thread. http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.pl?board=Problems;action= display;num=1111498202 I had the problem a few months back except I had the ABS and the TC lights on. Cleaned the rear sensors and it's been fine ever since. You might have 'disturbed' the front sensors just slightly so it might be worth going back and just cleaning them.. I think that would do the trick. Let us know what happens. Dave

Thanks Guys, will try this tomorrow if the weather holds out long enough. Hopefully it is just a dirty sensor!
