Had new clutch installed and since then running at high revs. When Itake foot of accel. the revs go up for a few secs. Is there anything that mechanic could have disturbed (or broken) when doing the clutch. He says he can not sort out the problem as there is no adjustment to set engine speed. I have read and checked most things on the web which I find excellent. Any help much appreciated
