interior lights/remote locking

ok here is a brain teaser, my new 2.9 12v and all the int lights wont work ,nor the puddle or footwell lights , or the lights on buzzer nor the remote chime or the chime for the seats. ive checked all fuses ,all relays that i can find, checked the fuseboxes and im stumped help

also forgot to say that the taco dont work either but ive tried a replacement so its not the dial

sounds like the ccm is playing up. run the test first. it's under electrical issues on the fault finder.
 
make sure fuse 36 is ok, first.

just follow the instructions and see if the ccm will go in to diagnostic mode.

Followed by the connector behind the light switch. See HERE. It is listed in the Fault Finder section which Andrew mentioned earlier.

I think THIS is it. I see you've changed the light switch BUT the problem,if there is one, is with the actual block connector and you need to check the pins individually. Wink

thanks all , after checking everything i found that the plug connecting the chime box had been disconected , plugged it in and hey presto everything works, thananks for a great site you all seem to care so much about the cars , just got to sort out why my taco dont work and then i will be realy happy
