Stalling when hot

Hi It felt really hot here today, I parked my Scorp at the shops and when I went to start it, it started ok, but kept stalling, it kept doing this untill I had run for a couple of miles. It had done this last year when it was really hot, but went soon after, this time it seems more persistant. Any pointers? Cheers Peter

sounds like the fule relay might be sticking, they tent to burn up as they get a bit of load on them, i believe its the big yellow one at the rear of the aux (battery) fuse box

According to the handbook the fuel relay is relay17 in the auxillary(battery side) fusebox. The details are HERE. Click on the page to enlarge it.

If the new relay doesn't solve it, try a new FPR, gave me a starting prob on my 2.3.
