Facelift grille?

Not sure if I really want this - but someone has suggested later front grilles are nicer and will fit my 95 Ultima. Is it an easy fit, and what's the difference? Just chromed slats? Does anyone have a nice one for me? Sweet.

The car's a dark, dark grey. Looks like there are a few differences. Headlights seem like the biggest change though - they'll be dear I guess. The grille itself doesn't look too different really - just the oval in the middle rather than on top? I think I prefer the old back end. A girl in my work described the boot as looking like 'Spock's coffin' (from the Star Trek film where the big-eared bore sort of died). It's the funniest thing she's ever said. I probably need to do some other wee jobs first if I'm honest... Thanks lads!
