Estate rear number plate surround/reversing lights

as title realy,
i need a new one for my project estate. Am i right in saying there all black plastic? (not body coloured),
also need a rear bumper for it, black if poss but any colour will do if it came to it
it's a 1998 face lift ghia if that helps anyone
