lhd steering rack wanted

Stuck in New Zealand without a left hand drive steering rack for a Ford Scorpio. Has anyone got such a thing, or know how I can get onto one? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked your local suppliers?
There is a firm near me that is the base for reconditioning racks.
They do LHD ones.
If I remember correctly they was about 120 pounds for a 24V one when I spoke to them a year ago.
They have a branch in New Zealand (capco@xtra.co.nz)
You would have to ask if they can get one from the U.K branch for you.

I was given an address for Capco in New Zealand by Dave (thanks heaps). However this has led to a dead end and I still need a rack.
Could anyone please give me the UK email address for these people and I will try contacting them direct. Alternatively second hand from a club member would suit me fine.
