Black leather drivers seat

My black leather drivers seat is so worn that there is no cushioning on the side bars, also the side stitching is coming undone.
I'm looking for a replacement seat with full electric functions from an Ultima (facelift).
Must have side airbag as well.
Anyone in the Essex area or close got one for a reasonable price?
