You want the complete engine or just the bottom end ? Friend of mine has a 2.3 bottom end which has done about 98,000. Whereabouts are you ? Obviously it would be collection only from near Maidstone in Kent.

Thanks for the replies chaps. Someone on ebay was breaking a Galaxy and was offfering £180,but it was in Preston. Next Metro-Salvage in Bolton offered me one for £180. Did a bit more shopping around and a scrapyard in Bury would sell one if they had one for £200. Shopping further,I found a scrapyard near me in Middleton,Manchester and they would sell one for £150. I think that's a fair price. Anyway the plan is to just use the 2.3 bottom end,and mount on the 8v DOHC head on my Sierra which apparently will produce 170bhp,and hopefully a turbo plus 4x4 geardrive
